The scan data is used to create a 3D design of the master using a variety of different Computer Assisted Design programs such as: Geomagic Design X, Shape 3DX, Rhino 5 3D & TSplines, Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor.

The output of the scanner is a .stl mesh file, a 3D file format that many CAD programs can import.
 At this point of the process, the raw data of the scan can be obtain giving you the liberty to create your own CAD design.
Or we can built the surfaces for you and provide a CAD file ready for production, CNC cutting, 3D printing or for any other application.

The accuracy analyzer shows the deviation between the scan data and the rebuilt surfaces (+ or - 0.1mm= 0.004" allowable tolerance)
